The release of the Stone 9th Anniversary Ale was on August 29th. A tradition we've started over the past three years with the Stone Anniversary Ale is having the Stone Crew submit words for the back of the bottle. Greg has the challenge of weaving these words into something meaningful. Last year the nearly sadistic Stone Crew submitted such fun words as: floccinaucinihilipilification, corpus callosum, contumacioius and discombobulation. This year the cruelty continued and Greg (with our own Bryon Wischstadt) somehow managed to wrangle and force them into sentences and paragraphs. So we thought we'd turn a challenge to you guys of figuring out what in the world Greg was trying to say...

Stone presented: "The Stone 9th Anniversary Ale Label Challenge... What's It All Mean?!?" Fans read the label online andtold us what they thought Greg was trying to say. Greg Koch, Steve Wagner and Bryon Wischtadt chose the best translations and we posted them on the website. The winner received invitations for four to a pre-opening event at the Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens!
