INITIAL TASTING NOTES

Mitch Steele

Head Brewer

APPEARANCE:
Deep golden/copper, orange with a dense tan head.
AROMA:
Caramel malts with moderate levels of citrus fruit and floral hops.
FLAVOR:
Fruity, malty, with a touch of alcohol warmth and intense bitterness.
PALATE:
Full bodied, warm, and bitter
OVERALL:
Extremely smooth and delicious now, the alcohol notes should mellow with time, and the bitterness will allow for substantial aging.
