STONE BREWING WORLD BISTRO & GARDENS:

The Stone World Bistro & Gardens invites you to a night of righteous food and drink for a righteous cause! PCD is a rare genetic disorder that severely affects the respiratory health of the individual and, since there is no cure or effective treatment, organ transplant is often required. But, hey, we're not asking you to donate a lung. Instead, simply join us between 5-10pm and 10% of your tab will help fight this disease which currently afflicts two Stone Team Members, Ken Wright and Kathryn Bouscaren. To learn more about PCD you can go directly to the PCDF website at www.pcdfoundation.org

Upon signing the amendment, FDR famously quipped, "I think this would be a good time for a beer." We think so too! |
HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN! To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the 21st Amendment—the repeal of Prohibition—come to the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens for a special night on Monday April, 7th that will embrace beer's storied – and sometimes tumultuous – past. You will be encouraged to bring your homebrewed beers to share with others as a toast to our bootlegging forefathers—we will waive corkage fees, thus transforming our venue into a speakeasy of yesteryear. To make the evening complete we'll be offering up draft Stone beers for $3.33 and 3-ring plates of the famous Arrogant Bastard Ale onion rings for 33 cents. Say, brother, you just might think you're back in 1933!

The Stone World Bistro & Gardens presents an evening of fine food and...WINE! Huh? You read right. While it is no idle boast to say that beer is the superior beverage when it comes to food pairing, we at Stone like to acknowledge the worthy underdog from time to time. Therefore, in conjunction with Tablas Creek Vineyard of Paso Robles, we are hosting a wine dinner which is guaranteed to raise your sensory appreciation to a new level. Chef Jeff D Massey has designed a fabulous five course menu that is the perfect complement to the wines which will be poured. The folks at Tablas Creek approach their wine making with the same passion, respect and creative spirit that we take to brewing our beers. We are proud to introduce them to you. Click here to view the menu online.

In the upcoming new installment of our "FRESH!" dinner series, we will once again take fresh, wholesome food and drink to new culinary heights by presenting diners with the freshest meal they have ever had; a meal in which all items were picked, gathered, kegged, caught and/or killed THAT VERY DAY! Under the expert direction of Chef Jeff D. Massey, the "FRESH!" dinner will serve up only the freshest organically and sustainably raised foods. This includes any dishes derived from fin or feather—and of course, for those who would rather not dine on something that was breathing just hours before, vegetarian options will be readily available. And did we mention beer? We'll have a selection that has been either kegged or bottled earlier that day. Now, how's that for fresh? We thought so. This dinner will be served "family style" communally at one big table, so be prepared to get social!

STONE BREWING WORLD BISTRO & GARDENS:
If you still think of base hits or cheeseburgers when you see the words "Dubbel" and "Tripel", now is the time to broaden your beer knowledge. For centuries the monasteries of Europe-and Belgium in particular-have established a legacy for brewing some of the finest beers in the world. This 90 minute class makes an excellent introduction to a genre of beers that, for many ale aficionados, represents the very zenith of zymurgical craft. It is only fitting that Lost Abbey Brewmaster and local brewing celebrity Tomme Arthur, whose awards and honors for his renowned Belgian style ales are far too numerous to mention, will be the evening's guest lecturer. Don't miss out! At just $20 seats go fast, so be sure to get tickets soon at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens or ...
