March 30: Almost a year ago we announced that Stone would be building a new brewery to meet the demand of our ever-increasingly popular brews. Our $12 million, 58,000 square foot brewery is under construction and coming along nicely... with a little addition planned too.
Actually, there is nothing little about it.
We are proud to announce that as part of the new brewery facility there will be an unparalleled 9,500 square foot restaurant, gift shop, and visitor center! Oh, did we mention there would also be a large patio area with a one-acre beer garden? Or that it will have 32 different draft beers and an amazing menu?

March 31: Along with our recent announcement that we are planning to build a restaurant and beer garden in combination with our new brewery, we wanted to let you, the Stone Fan and Supporter, know about an interesting fundraiser that will be part of the construction process.
One of the principal architectural and design features of the new Stone Brewing restaurant is a massive stone wall that stretches from inside the restaurant, outdoors through the patio area and into the beer gardens. At its height inside the restaurant, the wall will tower 14 feet, and continue through to the outdoors for more than one hundred feet.
For a charitable donation, Stone fans and community supporters are being invited to place stones picked from the construction site or from their own backyard into the wall for a permanent place in Stone Brewing and North County history.
