New Brewery Project Update...The First Official Day Of The Bistro!
November 1st, 2006 | Wednesday @ 7:40 PM

Join GK and Carlton as they have an end-of-the-day beer and soak in the moment in the 'brew view' seating of the bistro. It's the opening of the Stone World Bistro & Gardens! The opening was all hush, hush, very soft, shhhh don't tell no-one, so we could get our systems working. Still, it was amazing the number of people that managed to find out somehow and wander in! Now you know too! |

New Brewery Project Update...Crane, Walls, Trees and more Boulders!
June 19th, 2006 | Monday @ 7:00 PM

The beer gardens continue to take shape thanks to the help of a crane that drops in the heavy stuff. It's your typical day of dropping multi ton stone walls, huge boulders (including a really interestingly shaped one) and some really, really big trees from La Cresta Tree.

New Brewery Project Update...Big Check Photos at the Stone Wall
July 14th, 2005 | Thursday @ 11:09 AM

We were able to raise nearly $70,000 from the "Stone Wall Project"! So, we asked the Mayor of Escondido and representatives of the charities --- the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos, the Palomar Family YMCA, the Escondido Sunrise Rotary, and the CSUSM School of Business --- to come out and pose for some "Big Check Photos" to commemorate the accomplishment. Afterwards, Steve, Arlan, Chris & GK take a look at the office area to check the progress. |

The stone sat on display Sunday afternoon and when it appeared that there might not be any takers, GK decided to call his Mom and extort another grand from his folks so that they may lay claim to the monster of a stone. |
