Essential duties would include distributor orders and requests, completes and sends end of the month reports to VP of Sales and suppliers, sales representative support, and answering routine questions about Stone Brewing and Craft Beers. The assistant will also help coordinate out of state events and helps host guest accounts, suppliers & distributor reps.

Computer skills including MS Word and Excel are required. Knowledge of eoStar a plus. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maximizing the POS exposure in each account, and organizing an efficient daily route to ensure a productive work day.

Qualified candidates will plan, organize, and control sales functions from conceptual stages through distribution cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objective.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bar or restaurant experience required.
