Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens is looking for a talented Beverage Coordinator.

Under the direction of the Bar Supervisor, you will ensure the consistent planning, preparation, and prompt delivery of great-tasting beverages. You will assist helping to create an atmosphere that builds energy, fun, and enthusiasm.

Duties will include the coordination of beverage allocation for beer classes and special events within the Bistro; perform keg staging, remove empty kegs, keg line maintenance, and tap handle adjustments; ensure all equipment is kept clean and in working condition; assist with inventory maintenance; and stock beer and wine, rotating as necessary. Must have complete understanding of all policies and procedures both internally and externally. Must achieve objectives in service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation.

Candidate must be able to communicate clearly with all staff and guests, be self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and creative. Must possess 2-3 years experience in the bar/restaurant industry and working knowledge in craft beer industry and boutique wine selections. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; use of Microsoft Access and Micros desirable. Must have a valid CA driver's license and auto insurance in good standing. Must be 21 years of age.

We are looking for 2 Crew Members to work the night shift in the warehouse at the new Escondido Distribution Center.  This is a full-time position with set work hours of 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.

Duties include counting inventory, loading and unloading trucks, warehouse cleanliness, and organization. Must be able to operate a forklift, calculate basic math operations, and maintain routine paperwork. Some heavy lifting is also required.

You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen with preparation and cooking. Must be open to working with organic, free-range, and eco-friendly ingredients on a non-traditional menu.

In this role you will be an integral part of the sales team working closely with sales management, field sales team, and the distribution team, in driving revenue, gaining opportunities by providing business intelligence in the form of revenue and account analysis reports and tools, performance dashboards, sales opportunity identifier tools, and other ad hoc needs. You will engage with the Sales and IT departments to aid in new item setups, pricing changes, and all that is related with bringing in new beers and suppliers. This position will also drive improved IT solutions for sales force effectiveness.

You will...

• Be responsible for accuracy on data entry for new item setup and pricing within EoStar operating system. Maintains and updates EoStar supplier price changes, distributor pricing setup, and allocation status.
• Conduct EoStar implementations, assist with maintaining EoStar revenue reporting, providing guidance and training to Sales & Distribution teams on EoStar.
• Provide standard revenue and performance reporting and analysis to sales management and sales reps, which include sales history, patterns, emerging trends, beer forecasting, inventory levels, IRI data analysis, and other ad hoc reports.
• Assist with driving sales force effectiveness initiatives into the sales force.
• Partner with the marketing and strategic pricing teams to identify and drive revenue gaining opportunities and sales efficiency.
• Assist sales team in developing customer specific sales strategies and tactics as part of the process, including distributor pricing setup and authorizations along with allocation status changes.
• Drive training and the use of selling tools available to sales reps to manage their business, including margin analysis, profitability studies, channel, customer and route analysis.
• Assist sales with standard reporting, business reviews, building new reports and tools, maintaining systems infrastructure, conducting data audits, and ad hoc analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires 3-5 years sales or financial analyst experience, strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and sales reps. Ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into meaningful and concise reports and propose solutions to management and sales force. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and respond to requests quickly. Expertise with Excel, Crystal Report Writing, and PowerPoint required. Proficiency with MS Access and EoStar database a plus.
