All Orders
- Postage and shipping amounts are approximated and may include a nominal packaging fee.
- Payment by Credit Card is preferred, Checks or Money Orders are fine too. Do not send cash, junk bonds, I.O.U.s or offers of marriage (at least not without including a sexy photo).

Returns
- All sales are final, however we will replace items that are damaged, incorrect size or color within 30 days of your original shipping date.
- We cannot accept returns on clothing items that have been worn. Eeeew.
- No cash refunds are available. Ever. Don’t even ask.

Credit Card Orders
- CREDIT CARD PURCHASES will be authorized at time of sale, but will not be processed until the item ships!
- Any Credit Card order not being shipped to the ‘Bill To’ address on the Credit Card requires a phone number.

Delivery Time
- Stone Brewing Co. makes no guarantee as to the speed, friendliness or good taste in beer-clothing of postal workers delivering your order. We do our best to promptly package and ship all items, but a lot can happen. Allow 2-4 weeks for regular mail package delivery.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

- Stone Brewing Co. is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipment. Large orders are advised to contact the gift shop directly to obtain freight insurance.
