Deep golden with a touch of haze. Foam is white, creamy and thick. |
AROMA:
Grapefruit/citrus, ginger, tropical fruit esters, with a touch of spice. Tropical fruit salad! |
FLAVOR:
Citrus and ginger up front, finishing with a touch of clove and more intense cardamom spice |
PALATE:
Med body, very effervescent, crisp, dry, and refreshing with a touch of bitterness and alcohol warmth. |
OVERALL:
Quite delicious now, and we fully expect the flavors to blend more over time. |
