Steve Wagner

President & Brewmaster

APPEARANCE:
Clear and golden and not much head.
AROMA:
Alcohol, spices, and fruit.
FLAVOR:
Yeasty phenolics, wheat and still spicy lime flavor.
PALATE:
Very full-bodied and lacking carbonation.
OVERALL:
Drinking fine, but more carbonation expected.

Greg Koch

Chairman & CEO

APPEARANCE:
Clear, orangish-gold and inviting.
AROMA:
Huge sweet aroma; apricot, honey, light clove, and fresh, clean straw.
FLAVOR:
Stone fruit…peach and apricot. Sweet but not cloying (although might get a bit much to have more than one).
PALATE:
This is really, really tasty.
OVERALL:
I think it’s drying out a little.

Chris Cochran

Marketing & Promotions
APPEARANCE:
Nice and bright golden yellow with a very minimal head.
AROMA:
Fruity, yeasty, mild malt notes, mild spice, and a touch of lime.
FLAVOR:
Wonderful spicy Belgian-esque quality. The unmalted wheat comes through a little bit and same with the Kafir lime but rather faint.
PALATE:
Crisp, medium-body, light CO2, and a great lingering bitterness.
OVERALL:
Aging very well at this point and surprisingly “fresh” for 2+ years.

Arlan Arnsten

Vice President of Sales

APPEARANCE:
Bright gold with a tight white head and crystal clear.
AROMA:
Notes of straw, citrus, lime and no noticeable hop aroma.
FLAVOR:
Flavors of malt, lime, and tangerine.
PALATE:
Tingly carbonation…still dancing after 2+ years…seems fresh and effervescent.
OVERALL:
Terrific Belgian-style Triple. Fresh on the palate and amazingly stable…drink some now and hold some for later!

Bill Sherwood

Brewing Facilities Manager
APPEARANCE:
Beautiful golden color with a low head.
AROMA:
Fruity and slightly spicy nose.
FLAVOR:
Herby, tangy, and slightly bitter. With a fruit-lime-pepper-slight banana bitter finish.
PALATE:
Nice and light --- effervescent.
OVERALL:
Really decent – interesting, complex, and unusual. No defects at all….
