Steve Wagner
President & Brewmaster
Appearance:
Golden, clear maybe slight haze.
Aroma:
Sour, phenolic, wheat and citrus.
Flavor:
Sour, tart yeast funkiness, wheat finishes dry with a lime tang.
Palate:
Soft and full. Could use more carbonation.
Overall:
Good, clean flavors- needs some time to meld and blend!

Lee Chase
Head Brewer
Appearance:
Light orange/pale/golden color. Lots of fine CO2 - high CO2 content?
Aroma:
Tart, slightly acidic aroma. Banana esters with a little alcohol. Phenol with lime, a little strange as it warms.
Flavor:
Spicy, mid tounge dryness, but with overall smooth (I hate that word) mouthfeel and a bitterness that remains.
Palate:
Soft and drinkable, but with a lingering bitterness... quite drinkable.
Overall:
I really like it. That lime leaf gives a nice citrus character. Quenching, but really full of flavor.

Greg Koch
Chairman & CEO
Appearance:
Lightly cloudy.
Aroma:
Lemon, banana and light clove in the nose. Really bright, refreshing aroma!
Flavor:
Hoppy, crisp, spicy. I don't get too much of the lime leaf.
Palate:
Fairly light on the palate. Really refreshing and dry.
Overall:
Delicious!

Arlan Arnsten
Vice President of Sales
Appearance:
Medium golden color, slightly turbid. Mine was the 4th 3oz taster out of the bottle. So I would expect some haze.
Aroma:
Hints of banana and clove on the nose. Subtle malt aromas. Little to no hop aroma... strange for our beer.
Flavor:
Spicy and fruity but not sweet. Dry and refreshing.
Palate:
Dry and incredibly refreshing. Tangy on the tongue with a medium-soft mouth feel.
Overall:
Quaffable and enjoyable right now. I can't wait another six months for a sample.

Chad Tomich
Brewer
Appearance:
Light, golden straw color with small tight bubbles.
Aroma:
Clove, bubble gum.
Flavor:
Vanilla, subtle bitterness that lingers well. Slightly sour, hazelnutty, banana, slight hint of alcohol.
Palate:
Light, spitzy, slightly dry.
Overall:
POST NOTE: Lime leaf faded dramatically since filtering.

Don Feinberg
Belgian beer expert, co-founder of New York’s famous Belgian-style brewery Ommegang and co-owner of specialty Belgian beer importer Vanberg & DeWolf
Appearance:
Dirty gold.
Aroma:
Spiced banana pudding. Juniper. With some caramel and nutmeg notes.
Flavor:
Hints of mint and solvent toothpaste.
Palate:
Light, clean, mint. Bitter. A little salty.
Overall:
Good California Triple.
