APPEARANCE:
Medium golden in color – big fullness.
AROMA:
Surprisingly full aroma of malt, spice and hops.
FLAVOR:
Lots of flavor acrobats big lime and hops – no noticeable oxidation.
OVERALL:
Drink now or hold.

APPEARANCE:
OK clear – lots of foam/co2.
AROMA:
Pungent lime leaf, some tropical fruits.
FLAVOR:
Lime leaf dominates, a bit harsher on the end, lots going on.
PALATE:
Mild, a bit astringent, bitter finish (hops or Kaffir lime leaf).
OVERALL:
It was a bit shocking at first, but the complexity and uniqueness make this a winner! Wow!

APPEARANCE:
Clear golden. Hints of orange.
AROMA:
Honey. Orange.
FLAVOR:
As Mitch just mentioned, the Kaffir lime leaf adds a really interesting pungent not it.
PALATE:
The body comes off a bit thin
OVERALL:
Wow. This is by far the best tasting of the three VE’s we’ve tasted so far today!

APPEARANCE:
Wonderful nose: Spicy, yeasty, lime (citrus), bright golden color, with a good dense head.
AROMA:
The Kaffir lime leaf is very prevalent, spicy.
FLAVOR:
Really big “Belgian” flavors: spice, clove, pepper, yeast, etc…along with straw and grass…bit “musty”?
PALATE:
Medium body, and great lingering flavors that continue to evolve after swallowing.
OVERALL:
I really love this beer! Save it, save it save it!!

APPEARANCE:
Clear, with very slight haze. Big white head.
AROMA:
Right off you can catch the Kaffir lime leaf.
FLAVOR:
Amazing. I’ve always loved this beer, and it’s lived up to everything. Wow, kick ass…
PALATE:
Warming, well balanced.
OVERALL:
One of my favorites of all time. Nice job “kmon Lee”!
