Feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Just hang a right at the bottom of the stairs, and you can't miss the 11.5 foot screen! No one under 21 allowed out in the gardens during the movie. EVERY SUNDAY: STONE BREWING WORLD BISTRO & GARDENS: Lambic Sundays Join us for Lambic Sundays, 25% off Lambics and sour beers all day long. Unlike conventional ales and lagers, which are fermented by carefully cultivated strains of brewer’s yeasts, Lambic beer is instead produced by spontaneous fermentation: it is exposed to the wild yeasts and bacteria that are said to be native to the Senne valley, around Brussels. It is this unusual process which gives the beer its distinctive flavor: dry, vinous, and cidery, with complex and refreshing sour notes throughout. 06/04/07 June's inaugural meeting of our Book & A Beer Club was a great success. They charge 99¢ for a printed ticket, plus 2.5% of the total ticket price. This means the total service charge on a $20 Beer University ticket is only $1.49-and this includes shipping! Compare this to another, let's say "less endearing", ticketing company who charges you up to an additional 40% in their (in)convenience charges (and that's before they've pillaged you for shipping and processing fees) and you can see why we like using Brown Paper Tickets. As if Brown Paper Tickets weren't setting themselves apart enough, they actually donate a percentage of your purchase to a charity that you can choose at checkout. Think of them like the Stone Brewing Co. of the ticketing companies... they're not the size of the "big guy," but you get a warm feeling that things get a little more right with the world when you find them at your favorite places.

At the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens we feel it's high time we included the fourth flavor domain, SOUR, in the equation. Join us for hours of sours as we celebrate this great, and often unexplored, tradition of tart and tasty ales. We're currently tracking down as many sour beers as we can put on tap and keep in bottles for the special day. The event will kick off when we open at 11am and will continue all day long at our outdoor bar. A $30 Sour Pass will get you 10 taster tickets (some of the rarer sour beers will require two tickets) along with a commemorative glass. Buy your Sour Pass on Sunday at the outside bar. Guest lecturing this evening will be none other than the Lost Abbey's Brewmaster and esteemed artisanal beer expert, Tomme Arthur. Under the expert direction of Chef Jeff D. Massey, the "FRESH!" dinner will serve up only the freshest organically and sustainably raised foods. This includes dishes derived from fin or feather—and of course, for those who would rather not dine on something that was breathing just hours before, vegetarian options will be readily available.
