How To Get Here...
You can find directions to the brewery at stonebrew.com/10th. CITRACADO PARKWAY DOES NOT APPEAR ON ANY ONLINE MAPS. So we suggest you take a look at the map ahead of time. While you're at it, check out the layout of the event.
21 And Up... BRING YOUR ID!
Don't be the laughing stock of the wristband line, bring your ID! This is a 21 and up event. Sorry, no kids, unless they are over 21. Please, no pets either (helper animals excluded, of course).
Regarding Mr. Sunshine:
It's San Diego, it's the summer and we hope for the best conditions. Hope only goes so far, so we suggest you bring some sun screen and a hat as a backup. Palomar Spring Water has generously donated water for the event and there will be several self serve water stations available. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated. We know, you'll be having cold beers. Trust us, you can't survive on beer alone - we've tried.
DO NOT Come "Preloaded!"
We cannot serve anyone who is intoxicated, it's the law. We're Arrogant Bastards and as such, we're not concerned with our popularity - so we have no qualms about turning your Unworthy butt away. Life's about quality, not quantity and if over 40 great craft breweries all on tap in one place isn't enough to satisfy you - what will? Not us.
We Have Everything Covered, Even The Ground...
We have a change in ground covering this year, we are using wood chips instead of grass. It has a bit of a bounce to it for extended standing, but shouldn't be a problem for those in wheelchairs. It's a fairly fine shred of soft wood and is being soaked ahead of time. Still, a splinter here or there is hard to avoid entirely - so be sure to choose your footwear accordingly.
Plan Your Ride!
We're all adults. You're expected to act like one and know your limits. If you've pushed it too far, be sure to have a backup plan. No cars that are legally parked will be towed over the weekend, so don't sweat coming back the next day to pick up your car. If you'd like to attend as a designated driver, you must be over 21 (duh). Designated driver admission is $10. There are no advanced sales for designated drivers, sales are at the door. However, no designated drivers will be refused.
Don't Scalp Tickets, This Is A Charity Event!
This event is sold out. If you ordered too many tickets, please bring them by our check in desk before the beginning of the session and we'll gladly buy them back from you. Scalping tickets will result in confiscation of all your tickets and may also result in criminal charges. This is a charity event, and we will not condone anyone taking personal gain. Exchanges between friends at face value are fine.
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens: NOT YET OPEN
Note that there is still no official opening date for the Stone World Bistro & Gardens. The more we learn and accomplish towards the opening, the more we realize what is needed. The nature of our undertaking is so far out of the norm that it is taking a significant amount of time to put it all together, and it is functionally impossible to predict timelines. We are creating art, not filling in paint-by-numbers. Although we would have loved to have had the restaurant open in time for the Stone 10th Anniversary Celebration, there is no guarantee that this will happen. Bear with us. We're pedaling as fast as we can!
Have A Great Time!
It's time to celebrate our ten year history and we're so glad you're coming out to share it with us. As we've said, it's a charity event - so enjoy the camaraderie of all your like minded beer drinking humanitarians! We'll see you Saturday!
Cheers to the next Ten,
-Team Stone
